Refund Terms

Terms for Refund:

All Camp fees are refunded fully if the request is made in writing within 45 days of payment and with more than 30 days to the start of the camp. There will be no refunds after the camp has started. NO EXCEPTIONS! No refund requests are accepted when a request is made with less than 30 days remaining to the start of each camp regardless of when payment is made. NO EXCEPTIONS!

For Individual, Group, and Team training sessions, 12 -24 session packages must be completed within a period of 6 months from  start date. Session packages of 36 and above must be completed within 12 months from first session date.
